Great service and management! I am so glad that I found this place. The guy who answers the phone and works at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The Lexus dealer wanted to replace my entire exhaust system due to 2 small cracks, Meineke in Paoli wanted $400 plus tax to cut and replace two pipes, but I felt that the cracks could be welded. So I took the car to C&J's, and they didn't charge to check out the 2 cracks in my exhaust under the car, and they charged me a VERY reasonable fee to weld the two small cracks. Not only that, but they gave me a loaner to drive the 3 miles back to work so that I could leave my car while they worked on it. They are honest, more than reasonably priced, and they do great work. I highly recommend as it's hard to find fair mechanics with reasonable pricing in the Main Line area. And the guy at the desk is great!

This team is terrific! They are prompt, offer loaner vehicle and NEVER over sell the services you really need. A BIG GIFT for a female who must lean on them for guidance. They actually had me wait 8 months for a major maintenance item, rather than trying to up sell me and they called Acura to prove to me I should not worry about it. Just love this group!
We're super pleased with C&J Automotive in Berwyn, PA. They've been servicing our vehicles for a few years now (2006 Chevy Tahoe, 2011 Chevy Traverse, and a 2018 Honda Odyssey). They're honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. They don't try to sell you products or services you don't need. We've recommended them to several friends.
I've been looking for a great local auto service company and I have found it. We live in Havertown and there are lots of places near us. I am more than happy to go the extra few miles to get to C&J. The guys were courteous and friendly and took the time to go over my concerns. I felt I was in good hands from the start. My vehicle was ready the next day and the pricing was great. We've had an issue with my car for 2+ years. Been to several mechanics that told us it could be several different things, and we paid thousands for all those possible things. None of which fixed the problem. Finally went to C&J because I heard they were thorough and honest. Not only were they the only mechanic to properly diagnose the issue, after they did, they sent me to the dealer with advice on how to get the dealer to help pay for it. C&J’s advice to go back to the dealer resulted in them not making several thousands but their quality inspection and integrity has resulted in us becoming their customer and referring them to everyone that will listen. Bob, Kevin and their crew are A+++
